that all will be okay
if they just
stay in the Present
and live
moment to moment
but the fact is
that
such an exercise
will not help at all
unless
one has a long term future goal
all it would produce
is a hyper-reactive foolish brat
with no chance at evolution
it would be one stupidity after other from
one moment to the next
