average joe & jane of their kind
they expect them to have
all the gnowledge of this multiverse
hidden in their
subconsciousness
the fact that the conscious functionings
are oozing mindless dorkiness
is a non-issue
they are all just a
small step away from
enlightenment
& ascension
without any help from
a higher source or being of course
its all
almost within reach
and better still
its all gonna happen
over a beer & meatburger
hurrah
the very apparent
derangement, pain, sadness, addiction
frustration, uglyness & insanity
is just an illusion
which according to them
should be overlooked or
slipped under a carpet
its not just
limited to their
fantasy books & films
many of these creatures
i meet on the ground level
are
ultraconfident
of their impending success
they are sure that
they have a full deck
nearing absolute enlightenment
just one piece away from
completing the puzzle
all they ask of me is to provide
the one final piece
& there i am
talking about
a complete
overhaul

The translucent hive/structure/genetic impulse is founded on bloodlust and domination, the weight of which is too much to carry. A complete overhaul seems like the bare minimum requirement to move forward.
